Age Requirement

Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be reviewed in line with applicable procedures.

One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one active hr777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using different mobile numbers, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. hr777 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, and associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. You are responsible for keeping your account information current; hr777 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate registration details.
Account Registration and Security
To use hr777's paid services, including deposits, betting, and bonus participation, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a password. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact hr777 support immediately. hr777 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

Password Security
You must use a password that is unique to your hr777 account and not shared with other services. hr777 strongly recommends using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. hr777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any external channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to hr777 support immediately.
2.3
Account Closure Request
You may request to close your hr777 account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome before final closure. Any remaining balance after settlement of pending activity will be returned via your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
hr777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hr777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the name of the account holder.
hr777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; hr777 has no control over third-party fee structures. Processing times are typically within minutes for both deposits and withdrawals, though hr777 does not guarantee specific processing times and reserves the right to apply additional review periods where required.
3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at hr777 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hr777, though individual mobile wallet providers impose their own transaction limits. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and will be subject to a return process.
3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the hr777 account. hr777 reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before processing any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been credited, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Withdrawing a deposit before meeting any attached bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
3.3
Currency and Exchange
All transactions on hr777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hr777 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or credit card payments. Any transaction submitted in a currency other than BDT will be rejected at the platform level.
Bonuses and Promotions
hr777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.
Bonuses are credited to the account on a discretionary basis. hr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited and in play are not retrospectively removed. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal is permitted). Only certain game categories may contribute to clearing a wagering requirement — typically slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. hr777 is under no obligation to issue any bonus or promotional offer to any member. Participation in promotions is voluntary. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hr777 platform. hr777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hr777 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold balances pending investigation.
4.1
Fraud and Misrepresentation
Providing false identity information, attempting to process fraudulent payments, impersonating another person, or any other act of misrepresentation directed at hr777 or its members constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be subject to immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.2
Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, engaging in or facilitating match fixing in sports betting markets, or sharing information with other players in a live casino environment to gain an unfair advantage are all strictly prohibited. hr777 cooperates fully with game providers and relevant bodies to investigate and report suspected match fixing activity.
4.3
Automated Betting and Software Exploitation
The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the hr777 platform in a non-human manner is prohibited. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to gain a financial advantage is similarly prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
Account Suspension and Termination
hr777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraud, or any activity that hr777 considers harmful to the platform or its members. In cases of suspension pending investigation, hr777 will endeavour to communicate with the affected member in a timely manner. Where suspension follows confirmed prohibited conduct, no obligation to communicate in advance exists.
Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld where it is determined that the balance was derived from prohibited activity. Where closure is initiated by the member in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hr777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or system downtime; losses resulting from your reliance on information published on hr777; or any losses arising from events outside hr777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
hr777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows and necessary emergency downtime may occur without advance notice. hr777 will not compensate members for losses attributable to platform unavailability unless such unavailability is directly caused by hr777's proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hr777's liability for death or personal injury caused by hr777's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hr777. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
